I was born in Regina, Saskatchewan to parents Bernice and Ernest Gettle. I am honored to mention my parents that have now passed away so in respect I acknowledge them for being a huge part of my life and for shaping who I am today.
My mother grew up on The File Hills Peepeekisis Reserve and she is a Lebret Residential school survivor. My father is of German Austrian descent. I was very fortunate to experience a mixed cultural background.
Both my parents sustained childhood trauma. So this had led me down the path to search for my own healing. And I believe all the work I did to heal my wounds will have passed on to my parents in their afterlife. It is an indigenous belief that when we heal ourselves, the healing ripples out to touch descendants but our ancestors as well; healing seven generations back and seven generations forward.
I always had a calling to the health industry and my journey began over 20 years ago. And in 2007, I found my passion in helping those through massage therapy. I also had suffered chronic pain, trauma and injuries and I found that massage and energy healing released what I was holding. I manage quite well with my own health what I gained over the years in knowledge, experience, and continuing education.

My other passions in life are staying active and learning new things! Yes, my well being comes first and yet, balancing it with my homelife. I love spending time with my husband and three daughters. Enjoying time outdoors with my horses, nature, and playing ball with my 3 doggies.
My horses are my joy to connect with the community, other women friends, and going to occasional horse events. Horses and riding is my therapy. But, I also find solitude and healing through connecting with the energy healing community, yoga, meditation, and somatic exercise.
